Entremont grated gruyère cheesy pop-corn
- 100 g grated Entremont Gruyère
- 100 g corn kernels
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 bunch of chives
- 3 g Espelette pepper
Pour the oil into a large pan and then the corn kernels, coat the kernels with the oil and put a lid on the pan. After 2 to 3 minutes, the popcorn will begin to pop. Turn off the heat as soon as the noise stops.
Pre-heat the oven at 200 °C (th 6/7)
Spread the pop-corn over the baking tray. Sprinkle the grated Entremont Gruyère cheese over the pop-corn. Put in the oven as soon as the oven is hot, and leave the cheese to melt for approximately 5 minutes.
Immediately tip the pop-corn into a bowl and toss. Add the chopped chives and Espelette pepper. Toss again and serve in cones.
