Entremont's Terroirs et Sélection Gruyère France PGI* is known for its small holes, trademark of this cheese which is a hard pressed cheese primarily made from raw milk produced by Montbéliardes dairy cows. Matured in warm cellars, Gruyère France PGI develops small pea-sized openings and a supple texture.

Its strong point? Everyone likes it... a unanimous Gruyère that is matured for at least 4 months with typically fruity flavour and a supple texture .
