Beaufort cheese Burger with Chicken
- 500g chicken breast cut into large pieces
- 4 wholegrain rolls
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato
- 1 red onion
- 200g Entremont Beaufort cheese
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbsp chopped tarragon
Chop up the chicken.
Cut the Entremont Beaufort cheese into small cubes.
Mix with the mustard and tarragon. Pepper to taste. Mix well and shape 4 patties.
Place the patties on a rack covered with aluminium foil and cook under a pre-heated grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Cut the rolls in half and pop them under the grill for a minutes with the cut side facing upwards.
Place a patty on each hot bottom half, a leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, and slithers of red onion.
Close the burger with the other half of the roll and serve.
