Bünderfleisch & Entremont Comté cheese slice
For 6 slices
- 16 slices of Bünderfleisch
- 12 slices of crustless bread
- 12 Entremont Comté slices
- 3 tablespoons of pesto
- Fresh chives
Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread until the slices are about 3 mm thick. Cut the bread into rectangles (approx. 2 per slice) and then cut rectangles of Bünderfleisch and Entremont Comté cheese of the same size.
Using a spoon, spread the pesto over the bread rectangles very thinly.
Place the Bünderfleisch rectangles on the bread slices and top with a Comté cheese rectangle.
Repeat 4 times. Wrap a chive around the slice and knot the two ends.
