Fondue Entremont Saveur d'Antan is a delicious combination of three grated cheeses: Gruyere, Emmental and Comté, spiced with white wine, garlic and nutmeg. There is no addition of emulsifying salts neither colorings nor preservatives. Our cheesemakers implement all their know-how to achieve this authentic and natural recipe, to make us live an authentic and perfect Alpine moment.
