Comté PDO
A cheese that counts!
Comté is an essential hard cheese from the Jura which was one of the first cheeses to be awarded the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin label. And for good reason! It is made in cooperative cheese diaries from raw milk produced by Montbéliarde dairy cows, among other breeds, and is matured for at least 4 months in cellars using a traditional process.
Entremont's Comté develops mild and subtle flavours that appeal to all tastes.
Take the time to try a "traditional treat". It is so good!
